Good route for a relative beginner like me- some hills but definitely doable. First part of the course is lovely but from control 3 onwards some of the path is too overgrown to run and you have to find an alternative route (which was easy enough). Last section is through a housing estate which was fine but think I would have preferred to go further on the Monarch’s/ SDW instead. Overall a good first experience of Skamper!
