Location: Roker Marina, Tyne and Wear
This continuous loop offers a coastal run of about 5.5 km around Roker Marina, with just 40 metres of climbing spread throughout the circuit. The ground is paved making for a smooth run on roads and promenades.
The route takes in the coastline, with the sea always close by, and passes along stretches of Bede's Way. You'll find yourself running close to Roker Park Lake and the open green spaces of Roker Park, before heading back towards the marina.
