KPMG Cardiff — 5 km Running Route

This flat, roughly 5 km circular route takes you around Cardiff Bay. You'll stick mostly to wide, smooth paths beside the water, with the very occasional gentle ramp adding a few metres of ascent, but nothing sustained.

It's a really easy-going run on a mix of pavement and compacted trail. Expect a few short, flat stretches, but mostly a continuous gentle meander along the waterside, taking you out towards the barrage before bringing you back to your starting point.
