Explore the Hayes Common and Keston Loop

The Hayes Circuit is a beautiful cross-country route that starts in Hayes and winds through the peaceful trails of Keston Woods. With woodland paths, rolling hills, tree-lined tracks and sections of open countryside, it offers a varied and enjoyable emote run making it a favourite for training. There's one main descent of about 60 metres, with the biggest single climb being around 30 metres. The ground is generally runnable, making for a flowing off-road loop.
