Hawkwood, St Paul’s Cray & Chislehurst Woods Circular A lovely woodland-heavy circular route taking you through some of the beautiful countryside and ancient woodland around Hawkwood, St Paul’s Cray and Chislehurst.
The route winds through the Hawkwood Estate and National Trust woodland, with a mixture of peaceful woodland paths, open stretches, gentle hills and leafy tracks. From Hawkwood, the walk continues towards St Paul’s Cray Common, passing through more wooded areas before looping back towards Chislehurst Woods and the Commons.
plenty of quiet woodland, natural trails, and open heathland. The woodland floor can be uneven and muddy after wet weather, so sturdy footwear is recommended.
