Really enjoyed the route! Very varied and interesting, I took loads of photos. I found the stepping stones very scary and had to do them in my socks as was very scared of slipping as the water was running so fast. The short section of road near the Aysgarth phone box was a bit dicey due to a shrub that was blocking the path so I had to step out into the road, on a blind bend.
