Explore the Reeth to Marrick Priory
Location: Reeth, Fremington and Healaugh, North Yorkshire
This out-and-back route with a loop in the Yorkshire Dales offers just over 7 km of running on a mix of paths and lanes. It's a gently undulating circuit with around 45 metres of climbing, concentrated in one part of the loop, while descents are spread more evenly.
The route follows the River Swale for a good stretch, running alongside the water. You'll also find yourself on the Herriot Way and the Coast to Coast Walk (Shap to Richmond) for sections, sharing the path with these long-distance trails.
