The circuit takes you alongside Ashton Gardens for a good stretch, and also skirts the edge of Rose Garden and Promenade Gardens, with the Peace and Happiness Garden touching the route at one point. You'll also find yourself close to the Lancashire Coastal Way for part of the run. This is a flat, easy-going loop, ideal for a relaxed outing.
