Explore the West High Down
Location: Totland, Isle of Wight
This circular run from Totland on the Isle of Wight offers just over 5 km of undulating trail, with around 80m of climbing spread evenly throughout the loop. The ground is mostly off-road, with some paved sections linking the trails.
Much of the running is along the Tennyson Down Trail and the Isle of Wight Coastal Path, offering open views. You'll find yourself close to the historic Needles Old Battery and the High Down Rocket Test Site ruins, with Alum Bay Beach visible nearby.
