Kendal - Low Park Wood Suspension Bridge — 6.5 km Running Out-and-back

This out-and-back route heads from Scroggs Lane to the Low Park Wood Suspension Bridge, following a mix of riverside paths and woodland trails. The outward leg undulates gently as it winds through trees and alongside the River Kent, with mostly compact paths and occasional uneven sections underfoot. After crossing to the turnaround point at the suspension bridge, the route retraces the same scenic path, making for a relaxed run through one of Kendal’s most attractive green spaces.
