Runs in and around Newquay

Runners in and around Newquay get anything from 4.5km to 12.5km, and it's mostly off-road, so trail shoes are the safer bet. There's enough climbing in most of these to be felt. There's a mix of loops and out-and-backs to choose from. Truro and Padstow are close enough to be worth a look too.
