Millom Park circular — 6 km Running Route

This is a circular around Millom Park woods, starting and finishing from a free parking area. The loop takes you around the woods on a combination of single-track and gravel roads.

The entire circuit is unpaved, so trail shoes are a sensible choice. The ascent is concentrated in the first half of the loop, a steady but manageable climb before a gradual, rolling descent brings the route back to where you started.
