This 5 km loop near Newnham offers a gently undulating run, with roughly 30 metres of climbing spread around the circuit. Underfoot, it's mostly off-road, with some paved sections linking the trails.
The route runs close to the village of Newnham on Severn and the Newnham Peace Garden, with the River Severn always nearby, and also goes through several farm fields. If conditions are wet then trail shoes would be a better option than road. You'll find one main climb of about 25 metres on the loop, while descents are more spread out.
