This 4 km loop in Northam offers a mix of paved and off-road running, with roughly two-thirds on pavement. The circuit features around 70 metres of climbing, concentrated in one part of the loop, with a similar amount of descent.

The route follows quiet lanes like Lower Cleave for a good stretch, before dropping down to run alongside the River Torridge. Expect a short, sharp climb of about 45 metres at one point, balanced by a similar descent.
