Seaside 10k Swansea to West Cross — 10 km Running Route

This out-and-back run traces the coastline from Swansea to West Cross, offering a straightforward 10 km along the seafront. The path is entirely off-road, with minimal elevation change, making for a largely flat run with just 30 metres of climbing spread evenly throughout.

Starting near the Swansea Civic Centre, the route heads south, following the Swansea Bay Cycle Path for much of its length. You'll pass the area of Blackpill, where the old railway station once stood, before reaching the turnaround point at the West Cross Inn.
