Promenade and Apex Park

Starting from Maddocks Slade, you'll join the Esplanade, enjoying a refreshing seaside run before transitioning onto the dedicated coastal path towards Apex Park. This almost entirely paved route, with no elevation gain, offers consistently smooth running surfaces.

Upon reaching Apex Park, the route gently loops clockwise around the lake, providing a pleasant change of scenery before returning along the same coastal path.
