Loop following the Thames Path to Greenland Dock, then through Russia Dock Woodlands, then along the Albion Canal to Southwark Park for a lap of the Parkrun route before exiting the park to run past Bermondsey tube back to Bermondsey Street.
Lovely route taking in river paths, docks, canals and Southwark Park with only a couple of crossings across major roads.
