Rowley park to the lanes — 10 km Running Route

This 13 km circular route around Stafford is entirely on paved surfaces, making for a smooth run. The climbing is concentrated in one part of the loop, with roughly 140 metres of ascent overall, while descents are spread more evenly throughout the circuit.

The loop takes in the residential areas around Highfields and Rowley Park, before heading out onto quieter lanes like Ashflats Lane and Bigwood Lane. You'll pass through the edge of Hyde Lea and Coppenhall, with the ground remaining consistently firm underfoot.
