Location: St. Brides Major, Vale of Glamorgan

Starting along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast near Ogmore-by-Sea, this lollipop route is mostly off-road, combining coastal trail with occasional stretches of tarmac. The climbing is front-loaded, with a steady pull of around 60 metres across the opening couple of kilometres. Underfoot, the going alternates between the rugged Wales Coast Path, grassy field edges, and a quiet lane along West Farm Road.

After looping inland, the trail opens out for a flatter stretch with broad sea views before a long descent drops steadily over the final kilometre to finish. It is an honest coastal outing that balances exposed cliff path with quiet country lanes.
