Runs in and around Ruswarp

Runners in and around Ruswarp get anything from 5km to 9.5km, and it's mostly on pavement and quiet roads, so road shoes are fine. Expect gently rolling ground rather than anything sustained. Most are out-and-backs, which makes them easy to cut short. Whitby and Loftus are close enough to be worth a look too.
