Explore the Holmfirth Wooded Paths
Location: Holmfirth, West Yorkshire
This circular route links Holmfirth, Netherthong, the edge of Brockholes, and Thongsbridge, offering just over 7 km of varied running with around 190 metres of climbing. The route is mainly on paved surfaces, with sections of woodland paths, field-edge trails and quieter tracks adding variety. The climbs are spread around the loop, creating a rolling profile rather than one sustained ascent. Passing through a mix of villages and open countryside, it combines urban convenience with short off-road stretches, making for an enjoyable and varied run.
