Rye Harbour — 7 km Running Route

This roughly 8 km loop near Icklesham offers a flat run with a mix of paved and off-road surfaces. The circuit takes you alongside the River Rother and the River Brede, with much of the route running close to the water.

Expect a varied run as you pass Castle Water, Narrow Pit, Long Pit, and Ternery Pool. The ground is essentially flat throughout, with any small undulations spread evenly around the loop.
