This Macclesfield loop offers a gently undulating 5k run, with around 25 metres of climbing spread throughout the circuit.

The route winds through residential streets and quiet lanes, with Upton Priory close by for much of the run. It's a straightforward circuit on paved surfaces, ideal for a steady effort.
