Solent Breeze — 8 km Running Route

Embrace the refreshing sea air on this 7.9km coastal and countryside loop from Stubbington. Starting from Hove-To Car Park, the route takes you north along the Solent, offering impressive sea views and sections alongside rugged cliffs. While largely paved, some parts of this well-maintained path can be uneven, adding to its character.

Venture inland to discover scenic trails through the countryside, with varied surfaces of grass and dirt underfoot. This largely flat route with only 10m of ascent is ideal for a relaxed sightseeing run, a mid-week training session, or simply enjoying the varied landscapes and the invigorating Solent breeze.
