Rotherhithe 4 — 4 km Running Out-and-back

This out-and-back run in Rotherhithe offers just over 4 km of flat running, entirely on paved surfaces. The route follows the Thames Path for much of its length, running alongside the River Thames. You'll pass by Odessa Wharf with its distinctive timber lanterns, and New Caledonian Wharf, before reaching the turnaround point.

The ground is road throughout, with a long flat stretch of nearly a kilometre. You'll run close to several green spaces, with Upper Pepys Park and Pepys Park accompanying the route for a good part of the way, and Sayes Court Park also nearby. The South Dock and Greenland Dock are also never far from the path.
