Enjoyable course. Steep climbing but fun.

Great round, nice warm up then steep climb up Steel Fell. Mostly grassy running to Calf Crag. Some boggy patches. It's a more rocky return and nimble feet required in sections. A short steep climb up Helm Crag then steep down to the road for a flat finish.
