Swinley Forest: Surrey Hill Challenge! — 7 km Running Route

This anti-clockwise loop from the Discovery Centre explores some of the best trails in Swinley Forest. The toughest challenge comes early with the brutal climb up Surrey Hill, rewarding the effort with fast, flowing forest tracks as the route heads towards Gravel Hill. From there, the undulating singletrack and wide woodland trails provide an enjoyable mix of terrain through the pine forest before returning to the Discovery Centre. A favourite with local runners, this route combines one demanding climb with plenty of runnable trails and a varied woodland setting.
