Little Haywood to Cannock chase stepping stones — 6.5 km Running Out-and-back

This out-and-back route heads south from Little Haywood towards Cannock Chase, following a mix of quiet lanes and woodland paths. Around 60 metres of climbing is concentrated on the outward leg before the route reaches the stepping stones, where it turns to retrace the same route. The varied surroundings, combining open countryside and the edge of Cannock Chase, make for an enjoyable run with a gentle challenge before a quicker return on familiar ground.
