Moat House to Bridge 99 — 10 km Running Route

This out-and-back route follows the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal from Acton Trussell towards Bridge 99 on a mostly narrow, grassy towpath. The flat profile makes it ideal for maintaining a steady pace, although the softer, uneven surface adds a little more interest than a typical canal run. Passing beneath bridges and alongside peaceful stretches of water, the route offers a quiet escape from traffic before retracing the same towpath back to Acton Trussell. It’s a straightforward run that’s well suited to easy miles and relaxed training.
