This 7 km circuit is around the hilly area to the west of Bardsey offers a mix of paved and off-road running, with about 130 metres of climbing spread throughout. The ground is roughly two-thirds trail.
The loop takes in quiet lanes like Woodacre Lane and Keswick Lane, with sections on the Leeds Country Way.
On and off road run with some undulation spread out. Light trail shoes recommend but road shoes will be fine.
