Location: Coppull, Lancashire
This roughly 4 km circular route around Coppull offers a mix of paved and off-road running, leaning towards tarmac for about three-quarters of the distance. The climbing is spread around the loop, with a total of around 50 metres of ascent.
The circuit takes you through areas of woodland and open ground, with one main descent on the loop. You'll find yourself on quiet lanes for much of the way, with sections on trail through the trees.
