Sowe Valley Footpath 10k — 10 km Running Route

This clockwise loop through Upper Stoke offers a gentle run with around 25 metres of climbing, concentrated in one part of the circuit.

Underfoot, expect a roughly even mix of paved and off-road surfaces, with sections on grass and gravelly trail. The tree cover along the footpath provides good shade in summer, and the paths are generally not overgrown.
