Bramhope - Burley Moor Circuit

This trail run offers a varied and rewarding circuit linking Bramhope, Otley, Burley Moor, and Menston, with plenty of elevation changes and shifting terrain underfoot. The route includes woodland paths, open moorland stretches, field crossings, and connecting lanes, with a notable section through Otley Chevin Country Park, where forest trails and hill climbs provide great views across Wharfedale. The moorland sections, particularly around Burley Moor, can feel remote and exposed, with some rocky or boggy ground depending on conditions. It’s a satisfying, challenging loop suited to experienced trail runners comfortable with mixed surfaces and longer distances.
