Set in scenic Poole Park, this flat, fast course runs on a mix of tarmac and compacted gravel paths. The route heads east for an anticlockwise lap around the cricket pitch before looping anticlockwise around the large park lake, with water on your left and weeping willows for company. Another loop of the cricket pitch and then to the finish on the north side of the lake. The terrain is firm and forgiving throughout with virtually no elevation, making it one of the south's most PB-friendly courses.
