Skiddaw from Keswick

Description

At 931m Skiddaw is one of the highest mountains in England. This out-and-back route starts on the outskirts of Keswick and is on good, firm paths throughout, though the summit ridge is a bit stony. Note that the top of Skiddaw is very exposed to the wind so be prepared for very different conditions to those at the start in Keswick. This course has sections above 500m. Weather conditions can change at short notice, so plan accordingly.
